Welding Quality Assurance

AWS D1.1 certified welders with 100% ultrasonic testing on critical seams. Automated submerged arc welding (SAW) for longitudinal seams ensures penetration and eliminates defects in high-stress zones.

Surface Treatment

23-stage surface preparation including shot blasting and chemical cleaning. Zinc coating uniformity testing with magnetic thickness gauges ensures 86-120μm coverage for 50+ year corrosion protection.
